Emergency Plumber Can Help You At Any Time Of Day
Have you ever been in a situation where you needed a plumber but there wasn’t one around to help you. This is terrible, especially when you have a risk of property damage looming over your head. This is one of the reasons why I offer my services around the clock.
That may seem like a recipe for wearing myself thin, but I want to make sure that my customers get the level of service I would expect if I were to call a service provider for help. I am unlike other plumbers in many different ways. I will tell you about it of you have the time to listen.
The first thing that distinguishes me from many in my field is the fact that I actually care about my customers. Of course it is difficult to be on-call 24/7, but I don’t want anyone to be left in a situation that cannot be handled.
Sure it would be nice to roll back over when I get a call so I can get a little more sleep, but when they call I answer. It is the right thing to do in order to establish a great record with customers.
I am not out there trying to become a millionaire by overcharging for my services. Yes, I charge more if I come and unclog your toilet at three in the morning than I would if it happened at noon, but that should be expected. While the fee is a bit higher, I am not doing it as a way to take advantage of your situation.
Friendliness is something that you can expect from me around the clock. Imagine a plumber coming to your home in the middle of the night to fix a broken gas line and he is rude and obnoxious. It is important to have great customer service all of the time, but especially when you know that people may need a bit of reassurance. Having your life in danger before having a grumpy plumber chew your head off is definitely not something anyone looks forward to.
While I may be a bit flustered when I arrive at your home and I realize that it is not really an emergency, I will still do my best to provide you with the high level of service you have come to respect from your local plumbing company. Don’t wait around too long and have the problem get worse while you try to figure out whether or not it is an emergency. If you feel like it is, pick up the phone and call with no hesitation.
This may seem like a public service announcement, but it is actually sincere words from a great plumber. It doesn’t matter if it is midnight, four in the morning, Christmas or just another Tuesday afternoon. If you have a leak, pipe burst, gas line issue, broken washing machine hose or any other plumbing issue, call me and I will be there.
